Ok thanks, 1.6 TDCi does use Eolys additive up to 2009. The FACM is under the rear seat base. This code could be caused by the cluster fault, but I'm not convinced yet.
First time poster here, got my 07 MK2 Focus about two weeks ago. It's a 1.8 Petrol Focus Sport, manual. I've noticed than when I'm coming to a stop, from any speed. I press the clutch in as normal before coming to a stop and the revs drop to about 500, sometimes when cold it cuts out at this point instead of bouncing back to idle rpm.
Posted April 22, 2018. Ford sells both the FoMoCo and the Motorcraft spark plugs. FoMoCo spark plugs are (depending on the spark plug type) produced by either NGK or Denso. These are the spark plugs that are factory fitted. Motorcraft spark plugs are offered by Ford as a cheaper alternative for the FoMoCo spark plugs.

Ford Focus 1.8 petrol erratic idle - Snakey. My 1.8 Focus had an erratic idle and it was simply one of the HT leads wasnt firmly seated. I've noticed these HT leads seem to gradually work their way loose after a while despite being firmly seated originally. It cured the problem of the occasional stall as well.
